Winery
Vinification: the grapes harvested strictly in buckets are destemmed-crushed and then placed in
small cement tanks to start fermentation with maceration in contact with the skins for 10/15 days, at a
controlled temperature and with selected yeasts.
Aging: in cement for 4-5 months
Organoleptic characteristics
The nose reveals the typical herbaceous scent while the palate perceives a full, full-bodied taste that finds
its balance with the softness and elegance of tannin.
Combinations
Excellent wine to pair with cold meats, roasted white and red meats, feathered and furry game.
