Winery
Vinification: the grapes harvested strictly in buckets are crushed-destemmed and then put in
cement for the start of fermentation with maceration in contact with the skins for 10/15 days, at a controlled
temperature and with selected yeasts.
Aging: in cement for 4-5 months
Organoleptic characteristics
The nose reveals the typical scent of ripe fruit especially morello cherry and jam, while on the palate you can
perceive a full, full-bodied taste that finds its balance with the softness and elegance of tannin.
Combinations
Excellent wine to pair with aged cheeses, cold meats, roasted white and red meats, feathered and furry game.
