Wine obtained from 100% Glera grapes within the UNESCO Conegliano Valdobbiadene Docg area.
The Dry version stands out for being the sweetest one with a residual sugar of 20 g/l.
On the palate all its hints of fruit and holes are enhanced. Fine perlage and a brilliant straw yellow colour.
Our Dry version can be combined with dry pasta desserts and blue cheeses.
Serve at a temperature of 8/10°C.

Winery
Vinification: exclusively manual harvest, soft pressing of the whole grapes and partial destemming with subsequent cryomaceration technique for 10 hours at a temperature of 5/6 ° C. Start of the first fermentation at temperatures of 15/16 ° C for 10/12 days in order to preserve the primary aromas.
Secondary fermentation: according to the Martinotti-Charmat method. Filtered and bottled with a pressure of 5 atmospheres.
Aging: in autoclave 1-2 months

Organoleptic characteristics
Fine perlage, bright straw yellow color, soft taste on the palate that enhances its fruity and floral scents.

Combinations
Ideal with dry pasta desserts or foods, excellent combination with blue cheeses.
