It is a wine that comes from the vineyards of our area, where the loosest bunches are used for a long drying.
When spring awakens, the withered bunches are pressed and their must fermented in small steel vats.
Once rested, the raisin wine is skilfully bottled.
It is a sweet wine, very fruity with hints of walnut hull, dried figs and ripe fruit.
Excellent with desserts, dry biscuits and aged cheeses

Winery
Vinification: the most beautiful bunches are harvested manually at the beginning of September in boxes of 4 kg. The grapes are then dried for a period of 5 months, followed by a pressing of the whole grapes. The must is clarified and fermented with selected yeasts in cement tanks placed in the cold for a slow and long fermentation.
Aging: maturation in cement and subsequent bottling in September.

Organoleptic characteristics
From an organoleptic point of view, it is characterized by a marked sweetness and aroma. On the palate it has a delicate and dry taste thanks to its beautiful acidity that enhances the hints of fruit and flowers. At the sight stands out its bright golden yellow color.

Combinations
Excellent at the end of a meal with blue or aged cheeses; with fruit tarts and complex desserts.
