Winery
Vinification: exclusively manual harvest, soft pressing, cold cleaning of the musts with start of fermentation at 16 ° C with selected yeasts. After fermentation, 2/3 racking is carried out to eliminate the coarser lees and then a stop is made in steel with noble lees with the batonage technique. This process serves to increase the structure of the wine and limit the use of sulphites.

Organoleptic characteristics
Dry, inviting, fresh taste with hints of apple. The color has a deep straw yellow.
Combinations
Wine throughout the meal but it is best expressed in the company of lean appetizers, dry soups, fish dishes.

Its name Tre Cese translated Tre Chiese in Venetian dialect symbolizes the production area located between the three churches of the neighboring hamlets Ogliano, Carpesica and Formeniga. Soft and delicate taste on the palate that enhances the hints of fruit and flowers. Straw yellow color and a fine perlage. On the nose, notes of apple, pear and flowers are perceived. Serve at 8/10°C.

Wine obtained with 100% Verdiso grapes grown by the Marchesin family. Pale straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, with a tenuous, spicy, lively aroma; with a sour taste reminiscent of unripe apples. It is pleasant both as an aperitif and throughout the meal with light dishes, such as light appetizers, fish and shellfish, risottos and white meats. It should be served at a temperature of 12 °C.
