Wine obtained from the skilful processing of Cabernet Franc grapes in the Borgo Antico farm of the Marchesin family. It is a Cabernet Franc “Reserve”. Intense red color, characteristic herbaceous aroma that is more noticeable in the taste; dry, full flavour. It goes well with both cold meats, grilled meats or roasts. Serve at 18°-20°C

Winery
Vinification: the grapes harvested strictly in buckets are partly destemmed, partly kept whole and then put a part in cement and a part in open wooden vats for the start of fermentation with maceration in contact with the skins for 10/15 days, at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts.
Aging: in cement for 5-6 months and in barriques 2-3 months

Organoleptic characteristics
Wine characterized by an intense red color. In the mouth you can perceive a dry, full, full-bodied and velvety taste. Soft and elegant tannin.

Combinations
Can be combined with cold meats, grilled, roasted white and red meats, excellent with cheeses.
