Wine obtained from 90% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 10% Merlot grapes.
Colle del Castagno has a fine, vinous bouquet reminiscent of wild berries with hints of violet and wood.
Dry, full flavour.
The refinement in small oak barrels for at least six months gives the wine the elegance and austerity that distinguishes it.
Before serving, let it decant for a few moments in the carafe and pour it at a temperature of 18-20°C.

Winery

Organoleptic characteristics
Wine characterized by an intense red color, with coppery reflections. In the mouth you can perceive a dry, full, full-bodied and velvety taste. Soft and elegant tannin.
